About the Job

This pivotal role is responsible for establishing and expanding our market footprint across Malaysia as the sole regional lead. You will spearhead strategic account acquisition, build key channel partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth for advanced warehouse automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and close new enterprise accounts across Malaysia's key industrial hubs to drive market revenue.

• Build and manage strategic co-sell partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and dealers to generate referred pipeline.

• Conduct hands-on discovery site visits to evaluate client warehouse operations and present high-impact commercial business cases.

• Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful local deployment of automated systems.

• Uncover cross-selling opportunities within existing group businesses while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking in the CRM.

Skills & Experience Required

• 8+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience within Malaysian industrial automation or intralogistics.

• Deep technical domain expertise in AMRs, AGVs, ASRS, conveyors, or WMS/MES software integrations.

• Proven track record of pioneering new territories, opening cold accounts, and building strategic partner ecosystems.

• Strong consultative sales skills with demonstrated ability to assess on-site operations and construct commercial ROI cases.

• Highly self-motivated and metrics-driven professional comfortable operating independently with remote reporting lines.
