Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the company and branch offices in achieving their targets by closely monitoring sales and recruitment performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Manage and support business development initiatives, including planning, coordinating, and aligning activities between branches and head office.
  • Collaborate with branches to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Provide recruitment support to Branch Directors, particularly in driving the hiring of Relationship Managers (RMs)
  • Coordinate and manage private client events to strengthen client engagement and relationships
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments as required by management

Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of minimum 3 years.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
