We are looking for Auto-Injectors Sales Manager with significant experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, a relevant degree, and specific technical knowledge of drug delivery systems and industry regulations.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experiencewithin the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
- Several years of experience in a managerial sales rolewith a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales ofcomplex and technical productswith long sales cycles is essential.
- Specific experience with drug delivery systems, combination products (drug/device), or pharmaceutical packaging (syringes, auto-injectors) is highly advantageous.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the medical device (auto-injectors) and pharmaceutical market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and standards, such as FDA/EMA regulations for combination products, ISO 13485 (medical devices), and cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Knowledge of the product lifecycle management for medical devices and combination products, from development to commercialization.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders (e.g., key opinion leaders, pharmacy partners, procurement teams).
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate a complex and dynamic market environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia, Indonesia and possibly India.
