Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Klang or Penang. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategic plans, and driving growth initiatives. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Customer Relationship Management, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Klang or Penang and a proactive approach to achieving results
