- Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and institutions.
- Deliver excellent customer support and develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Track sales activities in CRM, forecast accurately, and report regularly to leadership.
- Provide voice-of-customer feedback to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts by operating as the key contact for all matters specific to your customers, including service agreement discussions.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited by fast-paced environments.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in molecular diagnostics, oncology, or genomics.
- Experience launching new products or working in start-up/high-growth environments.
- Relationships with key accounts or KOLs in the target market.
