About The Job
as the Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of market opportunities, cultivate high-value partnerships, and lead our expansion into emerging industrial frontiers.
- Build and nurture a high-value sales pipeline through targeted market research and executive-level networking—moving beyond traditional cold calling.
- Drive end-to-end sales processes from initial prospect identification to contract execution and account growth.
- Partner with marketing teams to design targeted, brand-aligned campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Identify high-growth sectors and develop actionable Go-To-Market (GTM) playbooks to establish early-mover advantages.
Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of business development or technical sales experience within the engineering or industrial services sector.
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
