About the Role
This role is responsible for driving business growth by managing existing customer relationships while developing new opportunities within the oil & gas sector. You will work closely with customers and technology partners to deliver technical solutions, manage the sales cycle, and contribute to long-term business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market development.
- Promote technical solutions by understanding customer needs and providing value-driven recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, while supporting commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with principals, internal teams, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the industrial, oil & gas, or petrochemical sectors.
- Strong ability to develop new business while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Experience in selling technical or engineered products would be an advantage.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel to support customer and business development activities.
