We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across Singapores enterprise and mid-market landscape, shaping multi-year cloud adoption and modernization journeys.
What You'll Do
- Own the full end-to-end sales cycle for cloud-focused opportunities including prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
- Develop and execute account and territory plans to drive new logo acquisition and expansion across cloud migration, modernization, data/AI, and managed cloud services
- Build and deepen CXO and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning the organization as a strategic cloud transformation partner
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing cloud customers in collaboration with Technical Account Managers, solution architects, and delivery leaders
- Partner with solution architects and delivery teams to design credible architectures, proposals, SoWs, and commercials aligned to customer outcomes and profitability
- Conduct value-based discovery, quantify ROI using business metrics, and leverage assessment or pilot programs to qualify for full subscription deployment
- Maintain a strong cloud-centric opportunity pipeline with rigorous qualification, disciplined forecasting, and high CRM hygiene
- Provide regular deal reviews and forecasts, sharing insights on market trends, competition, and partner strategies
- Represent the organization at cloud ecosystem events, hyperscaler forums, and customer workshops to build brand visibility and generate demand
- Collaborate closely with AWS partner teams and the broader ecosystem to accelerate opportunities
What You Bring
Must-have:
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the cloud industry, with consistent overachievement of revenue targets
- Strong enterprise sales exposure across cloud consulting, integration, managed services, hyperscalers, or SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP including migration, modernization, containers, serverless, DevOps, data platforms, security, and FinOps concepts
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder cloud deals such as migration programs, managed services, and data or AI initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and ecosystem partners
- Commercial and financial acumen in structuring pricing models and profitable deals
- Advanced consultative selling capabilities with strong discovery and value-based positioning skills
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to progress and close complex opportunities
- Data-driven sales discipline with strong pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive storytelling skills
- Adaptability and ownership mindset suited to a high-growth environment

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
- FinOps Certified Practitioner
- AI/ML certifications or hands-on exposure to GenAI solutioning
