Business Development Manager (PA System / Access Control System / UPS industry)

• Develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and goal achievement
• Schedule appointments with potential customers across various industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Confidently and knowledgeably demonstrate products to customers
• Provide professional consultations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Skilled in conducting market research and interpreting data effectively
• Excellent at communicating and negotiating with clients or stakeholders
• Strong ability to network and deliver compelling presentations
• Capable of working independently as well as being a supportive team member
• Should have at least two years of experience in a relevant role
• Background in sales or business development, especially within the UPS industry / door access system, is a significant advantage
