The Opportunity
We're looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to grow Gallagher's perimeter fencing solutions across Asia. Based in Petaling Jaya, you'll be a key member of our Rest of World (ROW) Sales team, driving sales through distributors, consultants, and strategic partners.
You'll
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the region
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors, consultants, and customers
- Deliver product training, market insights, and pipeline management
- Support tenders and complex sales cycles, shaping market strategy
The Fit
You're a self-starter with proven international sales experience in agriculture, fencing, or land management systems. You thrive in cross-cultural environments, can navigate complex sales cycles, and excel at consultative selling.
To Succeed, You'll Need
- Track record in international sales, channel, or territory management
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work remotely and travel internationally as needed
- Practical, can-do attitude – preferably with an agricultural background
- Foreign language skills are a plus
