Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Expansion: Research and identify opportunities to introduce our window-related products to the Malaysian market.

- Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with suppliers, distributors, contractors, and interior designers to establish a strong network.

- Lead Generation & Sales: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, converting leads into long-term customers.

-Negotiation & Contracts: Manage pricing strategies, negotiate deals, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

-Marketing & Branding Support: Work alongside marketing teams to develop campaigns tailored to local consumer needs.

-Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or market expansion-preferably in home improvement or window-related industries.

-Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

-Strategic thinker who can develop and execute a go-to-market plan.

- Fluent in English and Malay (preferred).
