About The Job
- Identify and pursue potential land acquisition opportunities through strong networking with agents and landowners.
- Maintain and continuously expand the land deals database and conduct in-depth market research.
- Review and conduct preliminary market and feasibility studies for new land proposals.
- Perform initial checks on land status, including zoning, planning, and approval processes with relevant authorities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive land proposals to management, including site analysis, market trends, development components, pricing, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses.
- Negotiate terms and manage documentation related to land acquisitions, including LOIs, Term Sheets, SPAs, JVAs, SSAs, and other legal agreements.
- Oversee the drafting and finalisation of Bursa announcements and press releases pertaining to land transactions.
- Prepare and deliver monthly updates and reports for meetings.
Skills And Requirements
- Degree in real estate management / building / quantity surveying / marketing or any other relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in property development industry with at least 5 years in a similar capacity
- Has a positive approach in work and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to communicate, coordinate and work inter-department
- Possess excellent communication skills to communicate with land owners, real estate agents and government authorities
