Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to support our expansion in the recruitment industry. The successful candidate must have proven experience handling Malaysian clients across multiple industries, including both IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of business development experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Experience working with Malaysia-based clients from IT and Non-IT industries is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and market trends.
