Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • To service retail bank within the central region.
  • To target on new business opportunity along with maintaining all the existing accounts diligently.
  • Take initiative to standardize the process and procedures of any support functions within the section.
  • To submit the necessary reporting within the required timeline.
  • To target on cross selling/ referral from existing customer for growing and enhancing client relationships.
  • To check and collect payment from customers to ensure credit control issues are fully within the control.
  • To assist superior on the propositions with partner bank.
  • Any additional duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Degree, preferably in Banking/Economics/Finance/Insurance.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in an insurance industry.
  • Sound knowledge of general insurance & banking products.
  • Fluent in the following languages: English, Bahasa/Mandarin (Added Advantage)
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
