Business Development Manager - Rooftop and Utilities Scale Solar

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Business Development Manager - Rooftop Solar. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue rooftop solar project opportunities, develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and craft strategies for business growth. Responsibilities include project proposal preparation, negotiations, market research, and providing exceptional customer support to meet client needs. The role also involves ensuring project alignment with company objectives and achieving sustainable growth in the renewable energy sector.

• Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in Renewable Energy, particularly solar PV systems
• Market Research and Client Relationship Management abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Experience in project management or EPCC activities is a plus
• Familiarity with market trends and policies related to renewable energy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools
