We're growing our Business Development team to drive the business growth and capture new opportunities in the SMEs market.

Your Role:

  • Acquire new clients by proactively generating and managing a pipeline of leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement plans to expand the financing business, including identifying target markets, assessing customer needs, and designing tailored financing solutions.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of financing deals, contracts, and partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand the financing portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, operations, and risk management, to develop and deliver comprehensive financing solutions that meet customer requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership activities, sales pipeline, and market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our financing offerings.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in the financing sector to ensure compliance is adhered to.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related Business Development experience in Financial Services/Funding Societies with managing SME accounts.
  • Strong hunter background with own approached SME leads.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
