Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of Solarvest's residential solar solutions, focusing on new customer acquisition and market expansion.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, guiding them through the sales process to effectively convert leads into clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand residential energy trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and local stakeholders to advocate for Solarvest's residential products and services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with residential customers, including promotional materials and online marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Monitor project progress and provide insights on customer feedback to enhance product offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, contributing to the overall strategy and objectives of the company.
  • Participate in industry events and community outreach programs to promote Solarvest and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; experience in renewable energy is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the residential energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with homeowners and clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Knowledge of residential solar products and systems, as well as familiarity with financing options and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Pursuit of continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
