## Key Responsibilities
-Support company sales efforts, focusing on Staff Augmentation and Resource placement.
-Achieve sales targets through effective telephone sales and communication skills.
-Create sales leads and initiate prospect calls.
-Establish and maintain rapport with existing and potential customers.
-Identify new business opportunities through cold calling from various sources.
-Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects.
-Conduct regular follow-up calls to existing customers, enhancing business through up-selling and cross-selling.
-Penetrate targeted accounts and increase sales within the existing client base.
-Perform duties as assigned by the company or management.
## Mandatory Requirements
-Must have at least 2 years of working experience in Staff/Talent Augmentation services.
## Must-have Skills & Experience
-Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively as a team player.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills with all levels of people.
-Possess hunter sales attributes to drive and close sales.
