Job Description

ENERGY Workforce Group is aggressively expanding into the Subsea NDT and Inspection sector. We aren't looking for a generalist or an administrator; we need a seasoned Sales Hunter with a deep-sea pedigree. Your mission is to monetize our new subsea capabilities, activate your existing industry network, and secure multimillion-ringgit contracts across Malaysia and the regional offshore market.

Key Responsibilities: The Sales Hunter Focus

1. Revenue Generation & Contract Acquisition

Own the full sales cycle—from aggressive lead generation to final contract award.

Drive growth for our core subsea pillars: UWILD Inspections, Underwater NDT Campaigns, and Specialist Subsea Manpower.

Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious annual sales targets within the offshore energy sector.

2. Strategic Network Activation

Leverage your existing Rolodex of EPIC Contractors, Tier-1 Subsea Service Providers, and Vessel Owners/Operators.

Establish long-term commercial partnerships and high-value framework agreements.

3. Technical Tendering & Scoping

Lead the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals.

Ensure all bids comply with international standards including IMCA and Class Society requirements (ABS, DNV, BV, Lloyd's Register).

4. Subsea Manpower Solutions

Position ENERGY Workforce as the premier partner for specialist personnel, including CSWIP Subsea Inspectors, NDT Technicians, and Offshore Inspection Specialists.

Strict Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Direct Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of Business Development experience specifically within Subsea/Underwater Inspection or NDT Services.

Technical Literacy: You must understand the difference between Observation vs. Work-Class ROVs, the nuances of Asset Integrity Management (AIM), and the technical scope of a UWILD campaign.

Proven Track Record: A documented history of winning offshore contracts and managing high-value accounts in Malaysia or the broader ASEAN region.

Education: Degree in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical preferred), Marine Science, or Business.

Why Join ENERGY Workforce Group

The Ground Floor: Opportunity to lead and build a brand-new business line within an established global group.

Support System: Access to a robust operational and recruitment structure to ensure your wins are delivered seamlessly.

Regional Exposure: High-growth environment with significant commercial expansion plans across the regional offshore market.
