Business Development Manager Technology Services & Outsourcing

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Technology Services & Outsourcing business. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and promoting technology outsourcing and managed service solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and public sector accounts
• Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement and Business stakeholders
• Drive sales pipeline, proposals and commercial discussions
• Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling
• Work closely with delivery and project teams to develop customer solutions
• Participate in tenders, RFPs and solution presentations

Solutions Portfolio

• Technology Deployment Services (Device Refresh, Rollouts, Migrations)
• Workplace Technology Services (Application Support, Application Testing, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, IMAC)
• Operational Technical Services (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical Workforce Solutions)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience
• Experience in IT services, managed services, outsourcing, system integration or workforce solutions preferred
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in new business development and account growth

Preferred Background

Candidates from IT Managed Services, System Integrators, Technology Outsourcing or Workplace Technology Services companies will be highly regarded.
