The Manager Business Development is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's client base together with the responsible Treatment Sales Leader and Area Sales Managers. This role will serve as the strategic thought partner for the Treatment Sales Leader, bringing together internal and external data to shape regional growth strategies while focusing on executing a prioritized set of strategic initiatives for the region, including but not limited to building business cases, sourcing partners and evaluating acquisition opportunities

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilitie

  • s:Identify and develop new business opportunitie
  • s.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region as well with internal stakeholders for Treatment Solution
  • s.Conduct product presentations, demos, technical consultations and trainings for internal and external client
  • s.Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client need
  • s.Provide feedback on internal and external clients issues, needs and areas of improvemen
  • t.Track market trends and competitor offers to support strategy execution (escalate feedbacks & business opportunities from the market
  • ).Introduce new products/solutions internally and externall
  • y.Develop and deliver internal and external product / solution trainin
  • g.Provide local support for Treatment products and solutions, roll out marketing strategies together with the Marketing Team including customer demonstration events, other public events to generate sale
