Job Description:

  • Actively build and diversify a pipeline of (IB) Introducing Brokers, partners, and clients by leveraging personal networks and targeted outreach to drive trading activity, broaden the customer base, and enhance the company's market presence.
  • Provide hands-on support for technical and operational issues, including system or account errors and commission or rebate discrepancies, escalating cases to relevant teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Equip IBs and partners with relevant marketing tools, branded merchandise, and rewards to enhance client acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to address and resolve client and partner matters, such as rebate discrepancies, account-related issues, and platform concerns.
  • Continuously conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities, supporting informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales or business development within the fintech industry, ideally with an established client portfolio.
  • Foundational understanding of the forex market, trading products, brokerage business models, CRM systems, and the client onboarding process is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Vietnamese is an advantage
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, foster trust, and attract clients or partners to the company's trading services.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
