Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and building strong strategic partnerships. You will develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet client needs

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue target
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities, particularly within the insurance and financial services sector
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, RFPs, contract negotiations, and account management
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized IT solution
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and monitor performance using CRM tool
• Drive client retention through excellent relationship management while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related fields
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in IT/software solutions
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
• Good understanding of IT solutions such as SaaS, AI, Cloud, or enterprise software
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
