We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can aggressively grow our vendor ecosystem across Malaysia.
This is not an admin role.
This is a growth role.
What You'll Be Responsible ForIdentify and approach lifestyle service providers (gyms, wellness centers, beauty salons, sports facilities, car care, pet care)
Pitch and close partnership agreements
Build long-term relationships with vendors
Negotiate pricing structures aligned with DayPass strategy
Track acquisition targets and weekly KPIs
Work closely with founders on growth execution
Bonus (Strong Advantage):
Comfortable in front of camera
Able to create short-form video content for social media
Support brand marketing initiatives
What We're Looking ForProven experience in Business Development / Sales
Strong communication & negotiation skills
High ownership mindset - no micromanagement required
Results-driven and target-oriented
Comfortable working in startup environment
