We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Director to spearhead our hunting sales efforts in eKYC and AI Enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate is a true hunter with a proven track record in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client and partner relationships within the digital identity and AI ecosystem.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new client accounts for eKYC and AI Enterprise solutions across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to penetrate new verticals and geographical markets, focusing on large enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Consultative Selling: Engage clients through solution-based selling to understand their business challenges and craft tailored AI and digital identity solutions.
- Partnership Development: Establish and strengthen strategic alliances with system integrators, channel partners, and technology vendors to drive solution adoption.
- Tendering & Proposals: Lead end-to-end proposal preparation and tender management to ensure competitive, compliant, and compelling submissions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal product, solution, and technical teams to align sales efforts with solution delivery capabilities.
- Client Success: Ensure post-sales support and engagement with clients to drive satisfaction, renewals, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in solution sales or business development within AI, eKYC, IT, or cloud platforms, with a strong hunting track record.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Financial Services Industry (FSI), Fintech, or AI-driven enterprise solutions.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals; experience selling to C-level executives is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline
