ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Development Officer (BDO) plays a front-line sales role in driving the adoption of CTOS's proprietary risk management solutions among business users. This position is highly sales-driven, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and pipeline growth. Success in this role is measured by the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and deal conversion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The BDO role offers an exciting opportunity to promote the use of CTOS's proprietary risk management solutions amongst business users.
- The role focuses on customer acquisition and exposes you to business owners and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industry sectors.
- Ample training and guidance will be given to hone your client engagement and selling skills.

Qualifications
- Malaysians or individuals with relevant residence status.
Work Experiences
- Candidates with 1 year of sales experience preferred SME sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with diploma / degrees are also encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results oriented, self-driven, persuasive, persistent and resourceful.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Possess sales experience in cold call or walk in will be an extra advantage.
- Fluency in written and spokenEnglish,MandarinandBahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Possess own transport as this position is required totravel and perform Outdoor Sales.
