Nrutseab is an entertainment studio and lifestyle brand expanding into senior living solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive partnerships in property development, insurance, and hospitality for our To-Your-Doorstep Retirement Service.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage partnerships with property developers, insurers, and hospitality groups
- Develop business strategies to expand service adoption
- Negotiate and structure B2B collaborations to drive revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Background in property, insurance, hospitality, or corporate partnerships preferred
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
