Job Description:
Sales Campaign Execution
- Support the setup and execution of sales campaigns aimed at acquiring new SPayLater merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization.
Merchant Onboarding Process
- Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new SPayLater merchants.
- Ensure all required documents and compliance checks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any onboarding issues.
Merchant Data Management & Housekeeping
- Maintain accurate merchant tagging to ensure proper classification and segmentation.
- Conduct periodic data audits and housekeeping to ensure data integrity.
- Provide insights and reports based on merchant data for business decision-making.
First-Level (L1) Merchant Support
- Assist in handling merchant inquiries related to SPayLater onboarding, tagging, and operations.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex matters to relevant teams.
- Ensure prompt resolution of merchant concerns to enhance their experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or merchant acquisition (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
