Handling end user disputes from Shopee CS
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are both welcomed to apply
Enjoy working efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, focused in achieving the target
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
Hard working, independent, and good spirits within the team
Hungry in learning and executing actions
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay, in both verbal and written forms
Able to overcome and be creative when managing the merchants in different situations
Able to perform analytical functions on spreadsheet and knowledge in statistical formula
Highly skeptical and good logical thinking, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
