WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of benefit specialists, coordinators, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored employee benefit solutions that align with their objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks.
- Ensure all benefit programs adhere to regulatory compliance and mitigate risks associated with employee benefits.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve benefit program offerings.
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience within the Malaysian insurance industry doing business development, managing and training team members/agents/brokers on Employee Benefits products
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefit regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
- Have interest in using technology to build unique propositions for the Malaysian market, and improve insurance process efficiencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
