Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying potential business opportunities through lead generation and market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends to propose suitable solutions. The role requires frequent interaction with clients to understand their needs, provide professional advice, and deliver tailored proposals, contributing to the growth of the company's client base and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise to identify and evaluate business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and the ability to drive results
- Strong Customer Service orientation to maintain client satisfaction and foster lasting relationships
- Experience in the Audio-Visual or technology industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
