Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to expand our client base for Integrated Facilities Management, Facilities or housekeeping or cleaning, and facility support services. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (commercial, corporate, industrial clients)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Participate in tenders, RFQs, and contract bidding
- Conduct market research and analyse competitors
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up with clients for renewals and upselling services
- Represent company at meetings, events, and networking sessions
Essential:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in:
- Business development / sales / marketing
- (Preferably in cleaning, facility management, or services industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid driving license and own transport
Advantage
Experience in tendering (corporate / government)
- Existing network with:
- Factories (MNC's), Hospital
- Property management companies
- Offices, Malls
- Knowledge of ESG / sustainability (bonus point)
- Familiar with CRM tools and good in Excel
