Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Development, Client Acquisition & P&L Management

  • Drive business development efforts by identifying and acquiring new clients, focusing on multinational corporations (MNCs) and regional enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior executives in target organizations to create strategic business opportunities.
  • Own and manage the P&L for the professional services division, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Monitor financial performance, implement corrective measures, and align business performance with organizational goals.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities for the business unit.
  • Develop a compelling value proposition aligned with client needs, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Present solutions and service offerings to potential clients, lead negotiations, and close contracts.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to generate leads, prepare proposals, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Define service offerings, pricing models, and delivery structures that ensure scalability, profitability, and market competitiveness.

Client Relationships & Account Management

  • Act as the primary executive sponsor for key clients, building and maintaining trusted long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new areas for collaboration.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, ensure high levels of service delivery, and promote retention and growth within existing accounts.
