Responsible for sales development and growth for the assigned customer base (existing and new)
- Create and develop strategic plans to address customers needs and requirements that are in line with overall business direction and strategy to drive revenue growth
- Maintain, develop and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet objectives
- Develop close relationships with customers within the designated area to better understand their business and explore opportunities for building greater customer loyalty. Examine opportunities to create long-term supply agreements and ensure commitments to existing supply agreements are delivered.
- Initiate and collaborate with marketing on brand visibility, trade marketing or sales activities planning and ensure smooth on ground activation.
Work closely with training team to drive both product, skillset and sales training programs based on each key customer's needs.
Marketing
- Work towards monthly sales target and KPIs set with the direct reports & cross-functional team
- To review sales visit planning on SFDC platform and provide sales coaching with direct reports on monthly basis
-Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Responsible on accounts receivables to ensure target DSO is met.
