We are looking for a Business Development to manage and grow our network of agencies in Malaysia. If you have a passion for operations, partnerships, and strategy, this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of 1v1 and voice party rooms, including strategy development and promotional execution to drive revenue growth.
- Recruit and onboard local agencies and hosts to expand market presence, while collaborating with regional content partners.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with associations and key talents to develop high-performing anchors and enhance team management capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends, product developments, and emerging topics to inform timely strategy and policy adjustments.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to track performance metrics, address user feedback, and continuously optimize operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in livestreaming, voice party rooms, 1v1 platforms, gaming, or related entertainment industries.
- Preferred background in talent management agencies or entertainment platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
