About the Role
Estrrado Solutions is seeking a motivated and articulate Inside Sales Intern to support our Business Development team. This role is primarily focused on outbound calling, lead engagement, and meeting coordination, providing interns with hands-on exposure to B2B sales operations and client-facing communication.
The intern will play a key role in initiating conversations with prospective clients and scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- -Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided lead lists
- -Introduce Estrrado Solutions offerings clearly and professionally
- -Qualify leads by understanding basic business needs and decision-making roles
- -Schedule and confirm meetings for the Business Development team
- -Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and lead status in the CRM system
- -Follow up with prospects via phone or email when required
- -Support ad-hoc sales and research tasks as assigned
Requirements
- -Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- -Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- -Confident, professional, and comfortable speaking with business stakeholders
- -Good listening skills and ability to follow structured call scripts
- -Organised, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
