1.Team Leadership, Development & Performance Management

  • Lead and support a regional team of Business Development Managers by providing day-to-day guidance, resolving complex client issues.
  • Establish clear, measurable performance targets at both team and individual levels, and continuously track key metrics to identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in recruitment activities to build and scale a strong team that supports business expansion objectives.

2.Regional Expansion & Key Client Engagement

  • Assist in executing market entry strategies and support business development initiatives within assigned regions or client segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with high-value clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and local partners to support client retention and regional growth.

3.Team Representation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the main liaison for the assigned Business Development team, ensuring clear communication with internal departments (e.g., Backend Operations, Sales, Marketing) to support alignment on products, services, and campaigns, and drive cross-functional initiatives for market growth.
  • Work closely with senior management or other regional leaders to align on strategic goals, report sales performance, and cascade key directives to the team.

4.Market Research

  • Lead continuous market research efforts to track industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders as needed to support data-driven decision-making and business development planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the Forex or CFD industry, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or surpassing KPIs and sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and trading systems such as MT4/MT5, with strong data analysis capabilities to support sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Vietnamese is an advantage, depending on the target market.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and strategic partner management, such as Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients.
  • Willing to travel as needed for partner engagement, team support, business meetings, and industry events.
