Collaborate with business leads and cross-functional teams to support ShopeeFood's business objectives.
Support the development of win-win solutions for partners and ShopeeFood based on business needs.
Drive localized business growth through competitor analysis, sales planning, and merchant engagement strategies.
Proactively manage relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and growth within your designated area.
Ensure the team meets operational and strategic goals while maintaining a focus on merchant success.
Requirements
Based in Johor with knowledge of the local market landscape.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with prior team lead experience required (F&B, FMCG, or E-commerce preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred).
Proactive and independent, with the ability to manage team performance and drive targets.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with e-commerce, food delivery, and merchant partnerships.
Innovative problem-solver with practical business acumen and analytical ability.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese language or other dialects will be an advantage.
Flexible to work on-ground during peak periods or as business needs require.
