Overview
We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to generate quality leads, manage inbound inquiries, and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Experience in SAP-related sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries from website chats, emails, and calls.
- Actively source new opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing customers.
- Maintain long-term relationships through excellent after-sales service.
- Update and maintain CRM records consistently and accurately.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors offerings.
- Develop strong knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Advise customers based on their business needs and requirements.
- Use virtual meetings to build relationships with new prospects.
- Arrange face-to-face meetings with potential customers when required.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Lead Generation.
- Experience in SAP sales or ERP solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and virtual selling.
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
