Role Description Summary:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive (Sabah Region). The Business Executive will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing key accounts, conducting market research, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Job Description:
- Conducting daily field visits to engage with customers, strengthen relationship and identify growth opportunities while driving sales performance through target achievement, customer retention, new business development and effective execution of marketing initiatives to maximize the sales potential.
- Promoting and detailing company products to pharmacists and healthcare assistants, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products and positioning the brands as preferred choice.
- Collecting and analyzing market intelligence, including data on market trends, customer needs, market challenges and competition.
- Providing timely and professional response to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure the customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with various departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of activities and initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least SPM, diploma or bachelors degree with a minimum of one year of experience in the related field is a plus.
- Related certificate is an added advantage
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Business strategy development and market research skills
- Experience in managing key accounts and client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports
- Proficiency in using business management software and tools
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel & possess own transport
