Business Growth Manager
We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client and partner relationships across key ASEAN markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities across Financial Services, Government, Telco, and enterprise sectors.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover.
- Deliver tailored cybersecurity solution proposals including Managed SOC, Threat Intelligence, Penetration Testing, and Cloud Security.
- Collaborate with Technical, Partner, Project, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to close complex deals.
- Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and governing bodies.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipelines, forecasts, and reporting.
- Conduct market research and support GTM strategies for revenue growth.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, preferably within cybersecurity, IT services, or technology consulting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and managed security services.
- Demonstrated success in complex solution selling and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working across regional or ASEAN markets is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and CRM data for strategic planning.
