One of our products, Hadirr, helps businesses manage attendance and workforce productivity more efficiently, especially for small and growing businesses.

We are currently expanding our presence in Malaysia and looking for a local team member to support our growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy individual to support our business growth in Malaysia.

In this role, you will help introduce our product to potential customers, follow up leads, support customer onboarding, and help us better understand the local market.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads and business opportunities in Malaysia
• Introduce and present Hadirr to prospective customers
• Build good relationships with customers and business partners
• Support product demos, onboarding, and user training
• Assist customers with inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
• Help us better understand customer needs and market trends in Malaysia by sharing insights from the field

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or related roles are preferred
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable doing presentations and meeting customers
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile applications, with good adaptability to learning new technology

Location

Candidates based in Selangor and surrounding areas are preferred.

Employment Type

Contract-based role with opportunities for extension based on performance and business needs.
