Cost Optimization & Efficiency: Conduct HR-led research and analysis to identify pain points and deliver actionable improvement solutions that support departmental cost reduction and operational efficiency.
Talent Pipeline Development: Collaborate with department managers, operations training teams, and regional OD to systematically build and sustain the department's talent pipeline.
Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate labor outsourcing vendors to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Employee Care: Organize and execute department-level cultural activities and employee care initiatives to enhance engagement, retention, and well-being.
University Partnerships: Independently identify, engage, and sign agreements with educational institutions; manage end-to-end intern programs (care, training, selection).
