Job Description
This role is responsible for the continuous operation and enhancement of business-critical performance management and reporting platforms. The primary focus is ensuring data integrity, supporting timely financial close processes, and delivering reliable management information to stakeholders globally.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and maintain enterprise performance management and reporting systems, including hierarchies, dimensions, and user access profiles.
- Support month-end close and management information processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data flows.
- Monitor data integrity through regular validation checks, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and automation opportunities to drive efficiency.
- Liaise with business partners, service providers, and technical teams to resolve issues and respond to queries.
- Coordinate change management activities impacting end users and maintain a network of super users for knowledge sharing and best practices.
Essential Experience And Job Requirements
- Experience in performance management, management information, or reporting system environments.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to investigate data and processes and propose improvements.
- Proficiency in enterprise reporting and planning tools (e.g., SAP BPC, or similar platforms).
- Solid spreadsheet skills and effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in a shared services or global business services environment is a plus.
- Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology or Business Administration/Finance
