We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Power BI Developer with experience integrating data from SAP systems. This role is responsible for transforming complex business processes into scalable data models, delivering insights through automated dashboards, and enhancing visibility across key operational and financial workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making
- Integrate and model data from SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) into Power BI environments
- Translate end-to-end business processes (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) into structured data models and reporting logic
- Define, document, and standardize KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify process gaps, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities across systems
- Establish and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure data accuracy and process compliance
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure high data integrity
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams and business users to align reporting requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in BI development or data analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, complex formulas, data transformation)
- Hands-on experience integrating data from SAP systems is an added advantage (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC)
- Solid understanding of business processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
