Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions
Manage and support data requests from all Monee departments, delivering accurate reports, dashboards, or analysis within SLA timelines
Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets).
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate insights for the relevant departments
Support business growth plans through close monitoring and analysis of marketing performance, sales conversion and ad-hoc projects based on business needs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles, experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Payments industry is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis is mandatory
Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and modeling is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to structurally present data findings to internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
