We're looking for a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders in a dynamic contact center environment, with a focus on sales and digital marketing data.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Excel Power Query to manipulate and transform data from various sources for analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data throughout its lifecycle.
- Create clear and concise presentations to effectively share complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience with advanced Excel + Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Studio & other BI tools)
- Understanding of Call Center Operational Metrics
- Working Knowledge of SQL scripting, VBA Macros
- Experience in reporting through CRM tools, CMS (Avaya), OB Dialer, Genesys, IEX etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A C1 level of English proficiency is required.
Additional Information
- Assessment: Candidates will be required to complete an Excel and Power BI assessment.
- Shift Timing: This position has a normal 9-6 pm shift.
