Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our business development efforts in driving new sales of the Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions and professional service. The ideal candidate requires proactive engagement with local and international prospects and pursuing sales opportunities with potential and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Actively develop new business ideas, identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process.
- Engage with potential clients at industry events and conferences to explore new business prospects.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships, understand their business needs and effectively positioning our solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at client organization to identify opportunities and deliver sales results.
- Respond promptly and comprehensively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Gather client requirements, working closely with the internal team to tailor proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
- Prepare proposals and presentations, and effectively navigate the procurement process to win new business.
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Development.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate business development experience in applying business development principles for MNC / large-sized companies in similar industries.
- Passionate about sales and motivated to excel in a competitive environment.
- Preferrably 2+ years of experience in software sales, with exposure to multi-tiered reporting (though not essential).
- Available to start immediately or with a notice period of one month will be added advantage.
