Experience Required:
- 35 years of relevant experience in roles related to sales excellence, business planning, sales operations, or finance.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including generating reports, creating pivot tables, utilizing formulas, and presenting data through charts/graphs.
- Proven ability to perform end-to-end data analysis and deliver actionable strategic insights.
- Experience in driving process optimization with a focus on achieving desired business outcomes.
- Executive exposure with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- A history of driving sales rigor and discipline with innovative approaches to enable speed, efficiency, and scalability.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with financial metrics, pipeline management, scorecards, and internal performance measurement tools.
- Functional knowledge in areas such as Partner Management, Services, Sales, or Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power BI to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
