Office Operation & General Affairs
-Organize day-to-day office operation, equipment procurement, repair & maintenance, service contract etc.
-Arrange flights/hotels for business trips
-Address any ad-hoc duty as assigned by CEO
Human Resources
-Assist recruitment activities/new staff onboarding
-Address employee rules, welfare and its related matters
-Maintain HR data including payroll, personal data, employment contract, attendance record such as overtime/ absence/sick leave/annual leave etc. and liaise with 3rd party service vendor
Accounting
-Support the 3rd party vendor with monthly accounting closing such as sales record, payment, expense claim, invoice management etc.
Logistics Coordination
-Coordinate import operations including shipment scheduling, inventory tracking, vendor communication, and material preparation to ensure smooth business and event execution.
Offline Fan Event Coordination
-Assist planning & coordinating offline fan events, including venue arrangements, stakeholder coordination, event setup etc. to deliver engaging community experiences.
MUST TO HAVE:
-More than 8 years of working experience in the back-office set-up such as HR, accounting, general affairs
-Extensive knowledge in logistics/import coordination is a strong asset
-More than 5 years of team management experience
-Fluency in English is a MUST
